Viwanta VK1 DET is a concentrated manual dishwashing liquid, effective in removing all grease and food soils. The product is a scientifically blended, balanced liquid detergent containing mixed actives and special ingredients to enhance cleaning performance. Viwanta VK1 DET is ideally suited for manual cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and utensils, including pots and pans.

 Directions For Use

Recommended dilution is:

  • Normal soiling: 20 ml. in 1 litre of warm water.
  • Heavy soiling: 50 ml. in 1 litre of warm water.

Soak, if necessary, scrub and rinse off.

  Safe Handling and Storage Information

In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  Steps to Manually WASH, RINSE and SANITIZE Equipment and Utensils:

  • WASH: In water at least 110 °F with a good detergent.
  • RINSE: Thoroughly in clean hot water after washing to remove cleaners and abrasives.
  • SANITIZE: In warm, 75 °F water with sanitizer for one minute.
  • AIR DRY: Sanitizer contact time is important. Do not towel dry.

Remember, equipment and utensils cannot be sanitized unless they are properly cleaned.
